Dennis Earls

Dennis Earls began his real estate brokerage career in 2001 at age 25, quickly rising to prominence at RE/MAX Commercial, one of California’s top firms. Specializing in apartment building sales (10–200 units), he expanded into office and retail markets, guiding novice investors to become savvy property owners. Known for his integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service, Dennis has earned the trust of high-profile clients, including professional athletes and entertainers, and now offers leasing, management, and construction services. With over 300 transactions totaling more than $3 billion, he serves as Senior Vice President at Secured Properties Inc., a boutique Los Angeles firm specializing in brokerage and developer marketing, particularly in Koreatown, Mid-Wilshire, and the San Fernando

Valley. Earls holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Annenberg School for Communication, University of Southern California. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and their two children. He is an avid sports fan and former athlete.

Mikáel Pyles

A 40 Under 40 Achievement Awardee, distinguished realtor, and astute business and investment strategist, Mikáel has been helping clients create wealth in real estate since the age of 25. With hundreds of clients ranging from C-suite executives to professional athletes, novice and seasoned investors, Mikáel has brokered countless transactions from New York City to Los Angeles. In addition to his successful career in real estate, Mikáel is also an acclaimed entrepreneur, having founded a burgeoning tech startup that has been featured in a myriad of nationwide media publications, such as Black Enterprise, Yahoo News, and the South Florida Business Journal. Mikáel is an esteemed graduate of Clark Atlanta University where he received his degree in Business Administration. When he is not educating the community on creating financial freedom and building wealth in real estate, Mikáel enjoys cooking gourmet dishes for his lovely wife and doting on his two sons.

Erin Earls

With over 20 years of marketing experience, Erin excels in brand building, special events, and crafting sensory-driven campaigns that engage consumers and strengthen relationships. Her passion for combining strategic marketing with textiles has driven innovative activations for major brands like Nike, HBO, American Airlines, Covergirl, Amgen, and Crown Royal. A native of New Orleans, Erin’s experience rebuilding housing after Hurricane Katrina sparked her love for real estate acquisition and construction. As an investor, she skillfully identifies high-potential properties, applying her design and project management expertise to renovate assets for maximum buyer appeal and timely delivery. A proud alumna of Clark Atlanta University, Erin now leverages her marketing savvy and real estate knowledge to source and renovate student housing at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

Elizabeth Woods

With over 20 years of experience in accounting, Elizabeth has built an impressive career by mastering every facet of financial management within the industry. Starting from entry-level roles and working her way up to Director, Elizabeth has a deep expertise in financial operations, cost control, budgeting, and compliance that has allowed her to successfully guide organizations through complex financial landscapes while contributing to their long-term profitability and sustainability. Elizabeth is known for her strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing business environments. As Haltere’s Director of Accounting, Elizabeth has implemented new financial procedures that has greatly improved the company’s efficiency and accuracy, ensuring that we exceed industry standards.

Angel Lenise Pyles

A storyteller at heart, Angel Lenise Pyles is an award-winning producer, director, and entrepreneur whose work amplifies diverse voices at the intersection of culture and community. Her career spans content, strategy, and brand storytelling for some of the world’s most influential artists and companies, including leadership roles at ELLE Magazine and Sony Music Entertainment. She is also the co-founder of AMP Beauty, a next-generation beauty retailer for emerging brands. Angel’s work across content and beauty has been featured by The Cut, Hello Sunshine, Essence, The Los Angeles Times, Good Morning America, NBC, and Ebony Magazine. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Angel is a graduate of Columbia Journalism School and Clark Atlanta University, where she is a 40 Under 40 honoree. She finds her greatest joy in family and draws inspiration from travel, music, beauty, and film.

With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Antonio Trone has earned a reputation as a trusted leader known for excellence, precision, and integrity. As the founder and CEO of Trone Development Group, he brings deep expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial development, combining hands-on craftsmanship with strategic project management. Under his leadership, the firm has become synonymous with high-quality builds delivered on time and within budget, earning the trust of clients and industry peers alike. Antonio’s commitment to innovation and client satisfaction continues to set new standards in the construction field.

Damon Hawkins

Damon is an eminent leader with a proven record in business development, strategic planning, and community empowerment. A Los Angeles native with over 20 years of success in real estate investment and corporate leadership, he brings a wealth of experience to the Lee Adrion team. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Fresno State University and an MBA from National University, Damon began his career as a Franchise Consultant for industry giants such as 7-Eleven, quickly earning recognition for his strategic insight. He later transitioned to FedEx, where he spearheaded the development of worldwide accounts, generating more than $40 million in supply chain revenue.

Renowned for transforming million-dollar companies into billion-dollar enterprises, Damon’s strategic initiatives and innovative leadership have established him as a trailblazer across corporate and entrepreneurial landscapes. A dedicated member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, he proudly serves as Chapter President for his alumni chapter. Beyond his professional achievements, Damon is a devoted husband and father of four, deeply committed to building legacy through both business and community.

Ryan Yatman

Ryan is the CEO and founding principal of Secured Properties Management Group Inc., a firm he has led since its inception in 2016, overseeing finances, management, loss mitigation, operations, leasing, client relations, and contracts. He began his real estate career in 1996, supporting a top female power broker in Los Angeles while earning his Business Administration degree from USC. Ryan’s extensive experience spans various client profiles, including institutions, an NBA team owner, syndicators and individual investors. His expertise covers a broad range of transactions, from shopping centers and office buildings to multifamily and mixed-use projects. Ryan’s commitment to honesty, creativity, and passion for real estate has driven him to immense success in the industry.
